- This project is part of the Baton Rouge Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) Program being implemented under the Consent Decree with the EPA. The Master Plan improvements at the North WWTP will be achieved via three projects, with this project including modifications to the digesters, including utilization of digester gas.
