Description

The City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge, hereinafter referred to as Parish, is requesting statements of qualifications from responsible firms or teams that are capable of providing Third-party Independent Evaluation Services in conjunction with the selection of an Energy Service Company that will provide management and energy-related capital improvement services for the Baton Rouge River Center Exhibit Hall, Arena, and Theater buildings, the Central Chiller Unit, and other Parish Buildings.
