- This project is part of the Baton Rouge Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) Program being implemented under the Consent Decree with the EPA. This project is generally located in the southern area of Baton Rouge, LA, as shown in Figure 1. The SFL-C-0003 Pump Stations project includes the following improvements: • Pump Stations – 6 replacements, 0.5 to 12.5 million gallons per day (MGD) (150 – 9,000 gpm). Project includes replacement of one in-line booster pump station with a submersible pump station.
