a. The City of Baton Rouge wishes to hire a consultant or consultant team in order to develop an Energy Assessment Report of City Parish Facilities to develop an Energy Assurance Plan. The plan will include input from the EBR Technology Committee and results from the Energy Assessment Final Report.
