Description

The scope of services will include, but is not limited to, the detailed design and preparation of construction documents for all architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, site services, and landscaping architectural elements. The final product should be inclusive of site survey, civil layout, demolition layout, geometric layout, sequence of construction, site layout and dimension, detail site plan, landscape grading and planting plan, irrigation plan, electrical plan, a/v system diagram, utility layout, construction details and maintenance plan. The following are elements that are included in the scope of services. Pedestrian pavements, improved pedestrian circulation, street enhancements, tree plantings, landscape elements, unique signage, decorative lighting, site related structural elements, storage, hardscaping elements, acoustic design, site furniture, selection and relocation of new and existing fixtures for site lighting, irrigation, improved connection to City Hall, café pavilion and interactive water fountains.
