Description

: This project is part of the Baton Rouge Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) Program being implemented under the Consent Decree with the EPA. This project is generally located in the central area of Baton Rouge, LA. The SGL-C-0002 project includes the following improvements: • Pump Stations – 11 new pump stations using submersible pumps to replace existing pump stations, 300 – 9,000 gallons per minute (gpm) (0.4 – 13.0 million gallons per day). All pump stations will include a new standby engine generator to be provided by the Owner, and up to 6 pump stations will include an electrical building. One of the pump stations will be a wet weather overflow station.
