Description: This project is part of the Baton Rouge Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) Program being implemented under the Consent Decree with the EPA. This project is located in the central areas of Baton Rouge, LA, as shown in Figure 1. The CGS-C-0006 Project includes the following improvements: • Gravity Sewer – approximately 11,000 linear feet (l.f.) of gravity sewer pipeline, 12 to 27 inches in diameter.
