- This project is part of the Baton Rouge Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) Program being implemented under the Consent Decree with the EPA. This project is located in the southern areas of Baton Rouge, LA, as shown in Figure 1. The SGL-C-0005 Project includes the following improvements: • Gravity Sewer – approximately 12,500 linear feet (l.f.) of gravity sewer pipeline 15 to 36 inches in diameter.
