Description

This project is part of the Baton Rouge Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) Program being implemented under the Consent Decree with the EPA. This project is generally located in the central area of Baton Rouge, LA, as shown in Figure 1. The SFL-C-0001 Pump Stations project includes the following improvements: • Pump Stations – 6 new pump stations using submersible pumps to replace existing pump stations, 1.0 to 9 million gallons per day (MGD) (900 – 7,000 gallons per minute (gpm). All pump stations will include a new standby engine generator to be provided by the Owner, and up to 4 pump stations will include an electrical building.
