- This project is part of the Baton Rouge Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) Program being implemented under the Consent Decree with the EPA. This project is located in the south areas of Baton Rouge, LA, as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2. The SFL-C-0006 Project includes the following improvements: • Gravity Sewer – approximately 13,500 linear feet (lf) of gravity sanitary sewer pipeline, 12-inches to 24-inches in diameter. • Sewer Forcemain – approximately 50,000 lf of sanitary sewer forcemain pipeline, 6-inches to 24-inches in diameter.
